Rafał Magryś is an experienced innovator and technology expert with over twenty years of experience in creating breakthrough digital solutions. Since the beginning of his career, he has consistently introduced innovations, focusing on the practical commercialization of R&D projects.
Pioneer of digitization in Poland
Creator of the first professional digitization workshops over 20 years ago. At the National Digital Archive, he developed the first open-source program for mass graphic processing, ImagiNAC, and the concept of the Integrated Archival Information System (ZoSIA). He created the portal Szukajwarchiwach.pl - one of Europe's largest collections of archival scans online, containing over 73 million documents.
Digital transformation of public administration
As Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, responsible for state registers, he supervised their reconstruction, which became the foundation for modern solutions such as mObywatel (mCitizen).
Leader of telecommunications innovation
In the role of CTO at Exatel SA, he built and led an R&D team that created proprietary cybersecurity solutions (aDDoS Tama, Tama Pro 7) and advanced network systems TechSystem SDN. He coordinated the construction of Poland's largest satellite teleport serving Polish embassies worldwide and collaborated on building satellite teleports for one of the companies providing connectivity for Ukraine.
Cluster activities and cross-sector cooperation
Space Technology Cluster
Originator and creator of the initiative, which at its peak gathered over 50 members and an extensive network of international cooperation in Europe and Asia. The cluster became a platform for integrating Poland's space technology sector, enabling knowledge exchange, project collaboration, and building synergies between members.
Smart City and IoT
Collaborated with Polish cities on implementing Smart City solutions, IoT technologies, and 5G network utilization models, building bridges between the public and private sectors.

Dr. Wojciech Szczurek
Wojciech Bogusław Szczurek (born December 1, 1963, in Gdynia) – Polish lawyer and local government official, doctor of legal sciences, judge, mayor of Gdynia from 1998–2024.
Wojciech Szczurek was born on December 1, 1963, in Gdynia. He completed law studies at the University of Gdańsk, where he also obtained a doctorate in legal sciences. He began his career as a judge, but since the 1990s he has been associated with local government.
In 1998, he was appointed to the office of mayor of Gdynia, and from 2002 – directly elected until 2024.
During his tenure, Gdynia developed dynamically – investing in infrastructure, transport, education, culture, and innovation. He initiated, among others, the construction of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park, municipal stadiums, and the development of social policy.
He was the originator and advocate of numerous social initiatives: "Gdynia without barriers," Senior Activity Center, Gdynia Participatory Budget, and projects supporting people with disabilities. He introduced smart city solutions and supported digital education.

Krzysztof Pobuta
Chief Superintendent of Police.
Graduate of the Higher Police School in Szczytno (higher professional studies in legal-administrative protection of public order) and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Faculty of Law and Administration, where he obtained a Master's degree in Law). He also completed postgraduate studies in Quality Management in Public Administration.
At Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, at the Faculty of Historical and Social Sciences, he obtained a doctorate in humanities in the field of sociology.
From 2009 to 2016, he was the Municipal Police Commander in Przemyśl, then (from 2016 to 2018) Provincial Police Commander in Rzeszów. In 2016, he was appointed to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police.
From 2018 to 2020, Provincial Police Commander in Kraków.
Since 2012, senior lecturer and then assistant professor at the Institute of Economics and Management of the State Higher Technical and Economic School in Jarosław (Department of Security Sciences). Since 2020 - Director of the Local Security Center at PWSTE in Jarosław (currently State University of Applied Sciences in Jarosław).
Since 2021, member of the Council for Security and National Defense of the Development Council under the President of the Republic of Poland.
Since 2024, plenipotentiary of the Marshal of Podkarpackie Voivodeship for security matters.
He engages in social activities as Vice-President of the Board of the Inspector Marek Woźniczka Association in Kraków.

Jerzy Bochyński
Jerzy Bochyński, President of the Management Board of the Institute for Eastern Studies Foundation. The foundation he leads is the main organizer of two prestigious events: the Economic Forum in Karpacz, recognized as the most important meeting of political, business, and academic leaders in the region, and the European Congress of Local Governments in Mikołajki, which serves as a platform for experience sharing among local government representatives from across Europe. He is also Vice President of the Management Board of the Sądecz Foundation
For his contributions to the development of social dialogue and promotion of international cooperation, Jerzy Bochyński has been awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity – distinctions highlighting his contribution to public life and his activities for the common good.
