8Foundry Alliance Partners in Taiwan–Poland Smart City Forum 2025
On October 22, the 8Foundry Alliance Cluster will take part as an official partner in the Taiwan–Poland Smart City Forum & B2B Matchmaking in Taipei.
This event connects leaders of the ICT and Smart City sectors from Poland and Taiwan, creating a platform for knowledge exchange, partnership building, and innovation‑driven collaboration.
Organizers and Partners
The Taiwan–Poland Smart City Forum & B2B Matchmaking is organized by the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan, and implemented by the Institute for Information Industry (III).
8Foundry Alliance proudly joins the event as a strategic partner, alongside the Taipei Computer Association (TCA) and the Taiwan Smart Solutions Association (TSSA).
Polish Delegation and Speakers
The Polish delegation of 8Foundry Alliance brings together representatives of local governments, public institutions, and tech companies, showcasing Poland’s potential in Smart City development and international cooperation.
Participants include:
- Port of Gdynia – represented by Katarzyna Gruszecka‑Spychała (Vice‑President of the Management Board), Adam Hoppe (Director of Strategy and Market Analysis), and Grzegorz Bławat (Deputy Director)
- Daniel Janiak, Mayor of Sochaczew
- Michał Tabisz, President of the Podkarpackie Center of Innovation
- Timea Sulenta‑Pluta, Director of Research Commercialization and Innovation
Rafał Magryś, Chairman of the Cluster Council of 8Foundry Alliance, will deliver a keynoteon digital transformation and international collaboration. Piotr Mierzwiński, Chief Business Officer at 8Foundry, will discuss global expansion models linking technology, innovation, and institutional partnerships.
Additionally, Michał Gramatyka, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, and Janusz Bilski, Director of the Polish Office in Taipei, will present insights into Poland’s growing digital economy and innovation ecosystem.
